Card photo plus a voice note per lead, your reps never leave the conversation.

Setup → Data Import Wizard → Leads → CSV. Map once, import, and assign to a campaign.
Karo's CSV is built to sail through Salesforce's Data Import Wizard:
Admins with Data Loader can use the identical file for larger or automated jobs.
Because every Karo row carries its event name, you can attach the whole import to a Salesforce Campaign or stamp Lead Source per event so when pipeline reviews ask "did that sponsorship pay off?", the report exists instead of the shrug.
The dirty secret of event lead flow is reps hoarding cards because CRM entry is painful. Karo reduces a rep's job to sending a photo: the structured, reviewed data reaches Salesforce through one gatekept import instead of fifty hurried manual entries with typos in the email field.
The current flow is CSV → Data Import Wizard (or Data Loader), which needs no AppExchange install and works in every org. A native integration is on the roadmap.
Event captures usually import as Leads so they enter your qualification flow. The same CSV imports as Contacts & Accounts if you prefer, Company maps to Account name.
Choose "Add new and update existing records" in the wizard with Email as the match field, re-imports update instead of duplicating. Salesforce duplicate rules apply on top.
Yes: the Data Import Wizard can add all imported leads to a Campaign in the same run, or use the event column as Lead Source for report filtering.
Yes, every scan carries a confidence score and sits in a review queue in Karo first. What you import is confirmed data, with the original card photo retained in Karo if you ever need to check.
