European business cards mix languages, academic titles, umlauts and accents, and multi-office phone blocks. Karo extracts names (with their diacritics intact), titles, companies and contact details as printed, assigns a confidence score, and keeps the original photo attached so the rare ambiguous card takes one glance to fix, not a retyping session.

Does Karo read non-English business cards?+

Karo works best with Latin-script cards and preserves accents and diacritics as printed. Mixed-language cards are captured with the original photo attached, and any field can be corrected with a single reply to the bot.

Will I be billed in euros?+

Checkout is priced in USD and billed in your local currency, euros for most of the EU, through our payment provider. Plans are billed yearly and can be cancelled anytime.

How does Karo fit GDPR obligations?+

Karo provides the operational controls: full export, correction, deletion, and account removal, with subprocessors disclosed in the privacy policy. As the person collecting cards, you remain the data controller, cards handed over at business events typically give you a straightforward lawful basis.

Can colleagues in different countries share one account?+

Yes, team seats let each person link their own WhatsApp or Telegram and capture against a shared balance, each tagging their own local events.

Which export formats are supported?+
